Kevin Rocca is the General Manager, Estimator and Project Lead for Rocca Custom Homes. His engineering background with extensive trade skills in foundations, framing, roofing, mechanicals, structural details, carpentry, green building and intelligent home design make him a knowledgeable resource for first time or seasoned home building clients. Kevin supervises the entire project from start to finish, which includes contracts, financing, schedules, permits, construction, on site management, quality inspections, implementation of specialized architectural design features and detailed informational meetings about selected home features. You can trust that Kevin will complete your home at the highest possible standards in the shortest amount of time for the best value.

Job Site Clean Up/Errands
Our kids have been around construction their whole lives, visiting showrooms and job sites since infant car carriers and diapers. They are well versed in the demands and strange hours we keep as a family of self employed business people. Now that they are in adults they aid us in a few tasks of job site clean up, shop organization, miscellaneous errands and an endless parade of material movement to and from work locations when they are available. While their interests are mainly in the arts, music, athletics, teaching, finance and sciences, we hope to have a budding builder among the crew.

Kimberlee Rocca is the main point of contact throughout the Design/Build Process. Her artistic and mathematical background are an excellent resource during the design, budgeting, planning and product selections phase of your build. You can trust Kimberlee to listen carefully to your goals, which enables her to efficiently and creatively translate your visions onto paper. Kimberlee's roles include Creating the Floor Plan Designs with 3-D Renderings, Creating Budgets with Detailed Reports for Allowances and Change Orders, and attending Show Room visits for Product Selections, Most importantly she does on Site Supervision during all phases of construction with communication by Text, Phone and Email. She personally attends the Client Walk Through Meetings to answer questions and is on the job site daily for Quality Control.
