 The First Steps to Building Your New Home:

1. Determine your budget & get financing approval.

2. Find a place to build:  Your land price is usually 1/5 the cost of  the home and lot together.  So find a development that fits your price range. 

3.  Take advantage of the Design Contract that we offer our clients or bring us a set of blueprints, a location and a complete list of specifications to get an estimate.
