Contracts The ROCCA Custom Home Contract prepares you for a relationship that will last for years. We appreciate a good paper trail, we know you will too! Design Contract When standard blueprints are not provided, our clients enjoy working through the design and home plan process with us. We can hand hold you through the tough decisions and create the best plan for you. The design contract is based on the scope and scale of the project and requires a retainer fee. The result is a set of completed blueprints, a detailed specifications list and total home price. If you already have your home plans and specifications we can estimate the cost of construction for your new home. A complete set of blue prints, location of the home, and a complete set of specifications is required to get an accurate price. Remember: "Decide before you Dig" Building Contract Once a price is agreed upon the contract is drawn and signed. The lenders are notified and all necessary preliminary work is done.
